Letter To Our Customers

As we at Terra Nova prepare to enter our 10th year in business, we continue to stay committed to the very mission statement that has brought us to where we are today: “Building Homes with Integrity and Customers for a Lifetime.” We believe that the building blocks of success are service, quality and communication. We are proud to say that our work at Terra Nova has been featured in some magazines over the years. However, our greatest accolade is a referral from one of our existing customers or a call back to tackle new projects because we met their expectations on the first job. We remain committed to serving our customers needs and treating them with care and respect so that they will turn back to us when the next project comes along.

Although Terra Nova might be well known for the custom homes, additions or kitchen and bath remodels there is no job too small for which we are willing to help you. In the past year alone we have done three tuck pointing jobs for our past customers. The truth is, we appreciate them calling us for even the small jobs because it shows that they are willing to put their faith in our work. We have refrained from retail marketing to focus our attention on our existing client base, growing from the inside out as our work and dedication speaks for itself and results in a network of referrals. This is exactly what we set out to accomplish when we established Terra Nova.

In an effort to continue growing, we have recently become involved in real estate rehab. Terra Nova is a part of a team of professionals that search for investors to take distressed and outdated property and rehab them for a profit. We recently finished rehabbing a home in Sunset Hills which you can view on our website at www.TerraNovaBuilds.com. The Sunset Hills project was a great opportunity for us because we were able to partner with one of our existing customers who invested with us. It is our belief that in the current market we can return a higher yield on the investment with the assurance of a tangible asset.
