Terra Nova Welcomes New Employee: Adam Schmitz!

We are proud to announce the hiring of Adam Schmitz on a full time basis as a Project Manager for Terra Nova Construction. Adam has worked periodically for us during the past couple of years on the design/architectural end of projects as well as the construction side. However, with an increase in construction activity and work load, we were recently able to bring him on board full time.

Adam comes to Terra Nova with a Bachelors Degree of Architecture from Drury University and several years of experience in the architectural industry. He brings a whole new facet to the company which allows us to offer Design-Build Services (more information about Design-Build will be coming soon!). Adam is excited about this opportunity and is planning to become a fully licensed Architect by the end of 2012.

As Project Manager Adam’s primary role will be assisting with the day-to-day operations of current projects. He will be a part of the building process from conception to completion, ensuring your project runs as smoothly as possible. Adam’s architectural background has already allowed us to provide our clients with design ideas, saving them money from having to pay separately for an architect.
