Project Update

It's been a busy year for us thus far with several projects in the works. This has resulted in fewer blog entries and Facebook updates, but I promise to stay on top of that moving forward. In the meantime here are a few updates on some of our projects.

Fordyce Renovation














We are preparing to wrap up this project with a projected move-in date for the clients scheduled for the end of February. This has been a very exciting project for us as it contains several unique features selected by the homeowner and designer. Stay posted for more pictures as we make a push to finish it up!

Oakleigh Outdoor Living Area










Although the winter temperature have prevented us from laying tile, there is still plenty to be done. Finished material is being installed on both pavilions, and details such as the fireplace and outdoor kitchen are currently being worked out. All of the electrical has been pre-wired and will be ready to go. Once the weather warms back up we will get the tile going and truly make this outdoor living area a one of a kind space.

Rambling Oaks Deck











The Deck was finished last fall, and as soon as the cedar has time to dry out and weather we will come back and hit it with a coat of stain to match the existing deck. Landscaping is currently being wrapped up and installed by Regency Landscaping Services. Once everything is finished and the trees start turning green again we will get out there and take some pictures of this great deck addition.

Twin Springs Spa









Work has begun on an outdoor spa for a repeat client of ours. We recently completed excavating the area and have poured the pad for the spa. Stay tuned for pictures.
